Cirque Alice

Cirque Alice at Tennessee Theatre

Alice's fall down the rabbit hole becomes an acrobatic adventure when Cirque Alice arrives at Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville on Thursday, February 25, 2027, at 7:30 PM. Lewis Carroll's beloved story takes flight through aerialists, contortionists, dancers and puppetry. This reimagining trades the familiar illustrations for gravity-defying artistry and brings a classic tale into the hands of world-class performers.

The appeal lies in watching bodies bend, twist and soar in ways that seem impossible until you see them happen. Contortionists reshape what you thought a human frame could do. Aerialists move through space with precision that screens flatten into something less immediate. Musical and comedic guest artists, paired with newly arranged classical favorites, give the production a soundtrack that accompanies the spectacle without overwhelming it. You're there to watch artistry unfold in real time.

Invite someone who would appreciate an evening built around wonder. A family member who remembers reading Carroll's story, a friend who enjoys live performance, or a child old enough to sit captivated by acrobatic feats. The production welcomes all ages, so you can choose your company based on who you'd like beside you when the performers take the stage. An outing this distinct gives you a reason to gather.
