Clayton Holiday Concert

Clayton Holiday Concert at Knoxville Civic Auditorium

Forty years of bringing Knoxville together means something. The 40th Annual Clayton Holiday Concert arrives at Knoxville Civic Auditorium on Friday, December 18, 2026, at 7:30 PM. The Knoxville Symphony Orchestra shares the stage with the Knoxville Pipes and Drums, Knoxville Choral Society, Knoxville Symphony Youth Choir, and GO! Contemporary Dance Works for an evening that sets the season in motion. If you've been looking for a reason to gather before the holidays take over, this is it.

Orchestral holiday music gains energy when paired with bagpipes, choral voices and movement. The combination gives you more than a single musical tradition: you hear familiar pieces through different forces and perspectives. The appeal rests in the variety. The combination offers listeners several musical and visual threads to follow.

Think of who you'd like to bring. Parents and grandparents who appreciate live music. A partner looking for something other than another shopping trip. Children old enough to enjoy an orchestral performance. The concert offers a reason to spend an evening together before schedules fill with obligations. Choosing this tradition instead of another party or errand shifts your December plans toward something you attend because you want to.

Celebrate forty years of Knoxville holiday music with the people who matter. Find ticket options for the Clayton Holiday Concert and make the evening part of your season.
